Current X299 boards and new 109XXx chips comparability

Just curious about this. I know the chips are not out yet but wondered if one were to upgrade to these upcoming CPUs, would a BIOS update allow an increase in RAM capacity and such?

Currently can't confirm which boards will have extended support for 109XX series, however, ones that receive UEFI updates should support up to 256GB.
