[Help] Rampage VI Extreme, BIOS 1704, Intel Turbo Boost Max 3

Prior to a recent Windows 10 update (Currently on 1903), the Intel Turbo Boost Max 3 app was working fine with my i9-7980XE. But post a Windows Update I get the dreaded "ITBM Driver Not Available" error on boot-up. For now, I've switched the settings in my BIOS to native, but I'm seeing a lot of conflicting information of some people saying the driver is no longer required as Windows 1903 has it built-in natively now.

Running single-core stress tests, I can see the best single-core boost's only up to 3.6ghz, way less than the expected 4.4ghz we expect from TBMT3.

What are the recommend/best settings to get TBMT3 working again? Does anybody have it working on this motherboard with the current Windows 10?

First checking your Turboboost MAX 3.0 version. If it was 1.1.10101.1014 WHQL the lastest version.
it must be no conflict with W10 1903 at all.*If not , uninstall your existing Turboboost MAX 3.0 version.
Then download Turboboost Max 3.0 1.1.10101.1014 here
