I got my card yesterday and its VRM get really hot. Stock it hit 106c when playing Tera. 1125/1575 it hit 112c then after 1-2 minutes it locked my computer up and i had to reboot.
Im not sure why Asus would release a card that is getting this hot. The cards out on the market right not does not have the same backplate as the picture here on ROG early february

Also
http://www.behardware.com/news/12153/asus-hd-7950-directcu-ii-fault-report.html this does not sound good. Temps not being accurate and a total overheat.
Im really close to returning my card atm. When you pay this much for a card you expect some value for the money to be honest.
Not sure if someone from Asus posts here, but could it be true we are getting the Pre cards which you also sent out to reviewers, which did not work good at all(bad overclocking, voltage increase didnt help). Sounds like the stuff i have problems with, increasing my voltage doesnt help at all.
