Cannot update Bios

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X570-F
CPU: AMD 3700x
Memory: 16GB GDDR5
GPU: AMD 5700x
VBIOS: 7010 - July 5 2019
Driver: 19.10.22
OS: Windows 10pro x64 all updated
When I try to update thru the Bios on my ROG Strix X570-F, it keeps telling me I'm up to date even though #7010 is from back in July 2019. There's three newer Bios listed on my motherboards web page.
A month or two ago, I tried using a flash drive but the blinking light turns solid within a few seconds. I used this method back in August when I assembled this PC and it worked perfectly.

Or you can extract it to your SSD/mechanical drive and when in the bios and browse to the drive and click it that way as well.
