The best kit for Omega in terms of OC is the 3600C16 non rgb wich also is relatively cheap.
My point is with the Encore i have tried 2 different sets of 4000MHz, and a set of 4266MHz and now the 3866MHz and none of them will run at the specified timings and frequency but they will all run at 3400mhz, all of these would run fine on the Omega so theres for sure something different about the Encore bios and XMP profiles setup thats worse then the Omega.

Gigabyte with its bios, MSI and its quality, Asrock and its features, maybe EVGA???

    Hi,
Yes likely evga seeing at least they first released a properly air cooled vrm on x299 instead of the crap first released all asus boards have.
Now asus wants 750.us for a properly cooled cooler for vrm's
