Problem with fn+aura keys

Hi there my first time writing a post in the forum as a qualified ROG user. I bought a G731GU-1660Ti rog strix just a few weeks ago, and after using the amazing aura system very often while gaming (switching between types of aura), the keys just stopped working for some reason (nothing changes when i try to change aura types). Is anyone aware of such problem and have a solution to it? I doubt it's my keyboard keys issue as every single hotkey is working perfectly fine but just not for fn+aura, Would appreciate it if anyone could figure out the issue and provide me a solution to it!
