Asus ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming Motherboard RGB Notworking

It worked fine a few days ago..I saw you don't work today...ram and video card works well..

bios is up to date : Version 2401
Aura is up to date : Version 1.07.71 uninstall and clean install (not working motherboard rgb)
Bios aura software and other setting normal

You need to remove the motherboard from the case and then take out the screws holding the IO cover to check if the RGB connector for the motherboard is plugged in fully. I have the 370-f strix and this was my problem, once i plugged it in fully (push hard) it works 100% of the time.
