Problem with Submitting SN number;ASUS Service No=A191126360

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the Asus Strix RTX2070 recently on 3/11/2019 and would like to redeem Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

I had already registered Asus account the the Asus website and submitted the form for redemption. However, I received an email saying that I did not submit the SN number and request me to resubmit a photo as the prove of SN to a certain email(as seen in attached photo). But, I did not receive any email links that I have to send it, so I reply directly to the email.

When I send out the email, the email could not be send due to some errors (as seen in attached photo). I also tried logging in to the Asus account/website to check if there’s any upload photo option and I find nothing.

Please check and let me know what should I do in order to progress for the redemption the game or who should I contact regarding the matter.
