    Enable GPU clock monitoring.
Also, the minimum state should be 5, maximum 95. Not 100-95.

seems like more VRM throttling on gpu side, is not a temp core problem.

The best thing you can do is send it again on service center, put those throttling screen on a paper and show them so they can test it like you explain. Probably they will change motherboard or heatsink/fans.

On the 3 time you send on service center you can force the VOICE with assistance and ask for refund or replace with another laptop.

If they didn't solve your issue in anyway, and they will not replace or refund your laptop, the last thing you can do is repaste your laptop manually with a good thermal paste lyke kryonaut (is very easy process once you saw how to open your lap) and apply a good thermal pads on vrm's that i think are throttling causing gpu to lower performance.

But try with service center gain!

    EDIT
your son is gaming on DC adapter plugged in right? NEVER play on battery mode because laptop will throttle.

Yep. Seems like a vrm overheating issue indeed. RMA if it still under warranty, if it's not, repaste.

I bought a piece of equipment, I feel it may have an effect, wait until I get the test results for you, now I want to ask, my computer is in a casual state, the CPU temperature reaches 58-60, the GPU is 57, normal?Click image for larger version.

Should be around 50C for both GPU and CPU while browsing the web.
