Haven't been able to boot OS, although system POSTs fine.
exhausted everything i can think of short of changing slot of video card. then this morning started wondering that perhaps PSU requirements have evolved since my last build.
Currently thinking must somehow be mobo so replacement on way but i dread thought of tearing down and rebuilding.
thoughts?
either incompatible or my PSU is simply old and tired.
it can power the video card but not the video card and HDDs.
up and running without HDDs until new PSU arrives later today.
