so I manually set i9900k for 5,1ghz 1,370v temp 80 +-5 using this guide ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95Ujni7-fVM ) tested with

CPUID CPU-Z hwinfo and CinebenchR20

the only problem I have is CPU freq drop from 5,1ghz to 800 some time 3200 or 2800 and jump but when pc is in ,, use " I have stable 5,1gz

voltage and bios setup is done from this guide
