KIT G.Skill F4-4133C17Q-32GTZR
VRAM: 1.50v
VCCIO: 1.40v
VCCSA: 1.40v

I am not able to lower these values and get stability.

what am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance

4133 with all slots populated can be tough even on T-toplogy motherboards. The amount of SA and IO voltage needed depends on the CPU, too.

Try Maximus Tweak Mode 2 and see if this aids stability at lower values.

Testing now the G.Skill 32GB 4266 17-18-18-38 Kit - first impression: more difficult to get stable and needs more voltages.

Running now MemTest Pro (which works best for me finding errors).

What is the difference between mode 1 and mode 2?

Mode 2 set the RTL/IOL faster, it´s more difficult to boot this, on my Wifi XI i get Mode2 stable to 4x8GB4133hz and Mode1 4400Mhz.

So ever use Mode 1 by 4Dimm, for high Frequency stable by 4 Dimm you Need a good CPU, also good Ram.
Most important i Think is the IMC of the CPU.
With 4x8GB 4266CL19 GTZR i have reached Allstable 4400CL17-19, with Patriot 4400CL19 Allstable 4400CL17-17 with Sub´s 65.5k 35,4ns.

The Board is also important tested 3Wifi XI only one Board have done Allstable 4400, one 4350, the first one was bad issue Socket.

Here you have Timings this is with Mode1 RoundTrip Latency on RTL/IOL Auto, easier is Mode1Offset 16/16 or 18/18.

Hello, Mode 2 also sets other parameters that individual CPUs and modules can sometimes prefer. Always best to try both Tweak Modes when experiencing POST or stability issues.

Imc cpu?

Memory Controller, i Need Bios IO 1,325V and 1,3375V SA for my Setting and 1,5V DRam.

In the Most Cases, a better CPU with "low VCore" have a better Memory Controller but it dont must be.
