    Hi,
    You don't say what frequency or exact memory kit you're using
    Last couple bios for 99..x compatibility has messed up xmp profiles at least for me anyway using trident-z 3600C16 = 16-16-16-36
    I had to go manual and tweak timings to get it to perform better.

    Maybe a stupid question, but are your ram sticks pushed all the way in? I had this once as a problem, lol. Also, was it one kit or two, or four. I've never had a problem with using multiple different kits of the same model, but others have.

    Hi,
    It has a weird 2nd xmp profile looks like 2666 x 2 ?
    But yeah hynix memory is what has been having most issues

    I'd clear cmos and try manually setting default timings and frequency
    Dimm voltage 1.36v will be fine

    Get yourself asrock memory configurator for x299 so you can see all the timings/ secondary/... the set is using in windows

    Omega likes B-Die single sided modules, a total of eight cos of T-Topology. So 8x8GB B-Die should reach the best performance.

    tRC is not usually displayed in Asus Bios's. Other manufacturers like Gigabyte (some boards) display it and let force it, but not Omega.

    Ive had zero issues with Samsung. I think its the hynix getting you.
    The biggest part of the picture that I did not see.......Is this a single kit of 8x 16GB or a culmination of smaller kits like 2 different 4x 16 kits? Thats another flag.
    Lastly I actually opted for 64GB of 8x8GB Corsair dominator Kit (its labeled and sold as X299 kit) as Ive always had better luck as a whole with 8GB sticks over 16GB sticks.

    Memory process during manufactur is to bin like sticks then out of that bin those with similar performance and test them together as a kit. If they are not then probability of getting them to run above Jdec standard of 2133 is greatly reduced. Not saying impossible but not at all likely and the faster you go the less likely it is. I cranked a 3600 C18 kit to 3800 C16 very easily. Set it to XMP then went in and ran it up to 3800 and dropped the CL to 16, Bam and done. Of course setting voltage to 1.35 as it doesn't do that by itself and no kit that I know of will run above 2133 art the default 1.2V

    Cpu cores and mesh at stock??? Seems so...

    50 degrees at stock in bios??? Very high temperature for cpu in this case...

    1.20v for vccio and system agent for 3000MHz??? Quite high, even for 128GB. U should decrease system agent to 0.900 and if it is not enough, raise it slowly until u find stability. If u push more voltage to system agent than needed, unstability comes up... Vccio should not go above 1.05v unless u are pushing your overclock to a higher level. Vccin at auto with a value of 1.96v for stock is quite high, 1.8v should be enough or even less.

    Then u can try to lower some of the secondary and tertiary dram timings. U can also fix dram clock period to a value of 13 or 14 to see if it helps. Set turnaround optimization to auto if u want to be able to fix tertiary timings. U can set it to disabled to a more conservative autoconfiguration, but manual settings will be overrided in some cases.

    Disable MemOK with the onboard switch.

    And to test memory stability, I prefer HCI Pro under Windows (500% coverage without errors or higher) or GSAT under Linux (2 hours without errors).
