Is Maximus XI GENE bluetooth that bad?

Maximus XI GENE owner here. When I connected my DualShock 2 to my PC so I can play games and the input lag is very bad. The DS4Windows app constantly pinging 10+ seconds notification. The antennas are there, I'm not far from them but the performances are horible. When I use mini usb dongle purchased from Aliexpress that costs 5$ the lag is gone. Everything goes smoothly and fast.

Any chance that the Bluetooth chip on the mother board that costs me almost 400$ is that bad that cannot match 5$ plastic from internet?
Very frustrating...
