is there a way to stop this motherboard connecting to internet via wifi even tho i have ethernet cable plugged in. Its kind of annoying since it keeps dropping Wifi and i dont know how to disable it from doing so and keeping only ethernet cable connection on.

Turn it off in Windows under network settings.

I tried that but also i have an issue where i try to install ethernet drivers and AsusSetup.exe wont launch after i try to launch it normally or as administrator.

don't use asussetup.exe on any of the drivers they provide, just update through device manager
