Nvidia DCH Drivers

I have recently upgraded my gaming system with a RTX2080S.
Has been running ok but have somehow finished up with DCH drivers.
As a result the Nvidia control panel wont work.
I have also upgraded my monitor to a PG278QR
To get the G-Sync to work I assume I need the control panel.
I have tryed uninstalling the DHC driver & installing std ones, but no go.
How can I get around this.
Thanks

I would advise using https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html you can also use this utility if you don't want or need the bloat https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html you can install and update the control panel thru windows store

I second Menthol advice, using Display Driver Uninstaller from Safe Mode solved me so many problems of "Can't install driver" or the Nvidia control panel not working that I think Nvidia should include that tool in their installation package by default.

Thanks guys that's fixed it.
