Tuf gaming x570-plus bios 1405 fclk

Just like in 1404, version 1405 is unable to sustain any FCLK over 1600 (or RAM speed above 3200 MHz because I always set it synchronously). On 1403 it was stable on 1800/3600 MHz, why nobody is fixing this?

Motherboard model: TUF GAMING X570-PLUS

UEFI Version: 1405

CPU: 3700X

Memory kit part number (s) and amount in GB: K4A8G085WB-BCPB 2x8GB

GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 5700 XT

SSD/HDDs/Optical drives: SSD ADATA SU800 512GB

PSU: Seasonic Snow Silent, 80 PLUS Platinum

USB Devices (model/version number):
Logitech K120
Sharkoon Skiller SGM1

CPU Cooler: stock

PC CASE: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Midi-Tower

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Activated

Drivers Installed (include version info):
don't think it's relevant in this case

Any third Party temp/voltage software installed: None

System Overclocked (provide details)?: Only PBO

Memory at 1600 FCLK / 3200 RAM (was 1800 FCLK / 3600 RAM)

Issue

Since BIOS 1404 maximum RAM speed allowing PC to boot is 3200 (or 1600 FLCK). In 1403 it was 1800 FCLK and 3600 RAM.

this board doesnt train ram very well. get aida64 and grab the memory timinigs from the spd and try to set them manually.. also try to up the voltage.. it might not work at 1.2v or whatever the board sees as default.. most ram is at 1.35 to 1.45

EDIT.. i just checked that ram kit and it says its 3200.. you sure its supposed to go higher? it doesnt seem like a very good kit?

are you using DOCP profile for 3200 ?

do you have ram in from the CPU side Slots 2 & 4 ?

It's Team Group Xtreem "8Pack Edition", DDR4-4000, CL18. This RAM is certified to go for 4000 MHz. And it was already running at 3600 with tighter timings and only because my 3700X cannot have higher FCLK than 1800 (it just won't boot). It was on 1201 (I just checked that it was 1201 not 1403) BIOS. After update I literally lost 400 MHz in RAM speed for no visible reason. My RAM is at 1.45 V, 1.1 SOC. It was just working on 1201, it just stopped since 1404 and above.

(1) What error code 8d ?

(2) Your RAM part code seems incorrect / I can't list it.

(3) Are you using Ryzen DRAM Calculator for the settings ?

(4) You listed your system spec, any chance you have sound cards or other things plugged in that you didn't list ?

(5) Unless your running FCLK1900 @ 3800 there is an advantage. Not sure why you would be setting FLCK1900 and then ram @ 3600 ?
That is there is relationship worth maintaining that I have found in my testing 3600/2=1800 & 3800/2=1900.

For all people unable to set memory higher than 3200 MHz -> try setting it through Ryzen Master. Looks like ASUS broke their UEFI and some garbage is being set by using it...

My other problem is that this BIOS won't boost all core more than 4025 MHz. Before it was like 4200 MHz? Cinebench score dropped from 2311 to 2100. Is this BIOS really such garbage?
