    1004B-bios for Crosshair 7 Hero???

Over at overclock.net, a user posted a reply from an Asus-official today. The message was that there is no ETA for a new bios for C7H:

"Thank you for contacting Asus support. My name is Arsen.

Unfortunately at the moment there is no release date announced. We do not have an ETA for this currently."
My low end Gigabyte B450 has already had THREE iterations of 1004B-bios, the latest one correcting the reported PCIE-issues from all vendors.

Would be real nice if someone from Asus clarified what's going on?

Sorry but here is no one who can answer your question, because we are left here without any support or whatsoever.
We are asking this since many weeks, i didnt saw any employee answering. You or better WE know, what we will buy next time and that will NOT be an ASUS motherboard, thats for sure! They dont care about us, thats the truth...

The only thing that makes sense to me is that they haven't sold enough x570. I think they are betting on the black friday frenzy and impatience to sell some more.
I don't see it as our fault that they were short sighted on the x570 demand. Between the chip set fan and pcie4 lacking any real benefit right now, how could they see it any different than we did? Sad because I once liked their stuff.

The reason for delay can not likely be for pushing X570, because everyone would buy a Gigabyte/MSI/Asrock X570. No gain for Asus.

Everyone knows how important customer support is these days.
This lack of communication is beyond me. They are destroying their own brand by not talking to people.
    How hard can it be?

    Answer ASUS product support:

I have consulted with our engineers and unfortunately, we will not have no plans for AGESA 1.0.0.4 for ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO and ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO WIFI currently. Things could change when next year comes around.
I think they are on holidays, drinking pina coladas and getting caught in the rain.
