ROG Phone II play movies problem.
Hello,
I get ROG Phone II, 512 gb, 12 gb ram.
Everything work great except watching movies on the phone.
When I download movie and play it with VLC or any other player, the movie looks like watching slideshow.
Stuttering, slow motion.. everything.
It's impossible to watch movies.
I will try to create a clip so you can see.
Any advice or help fixing this will be great.

That is the problem. The TV show record is not even HD.
Any help will be great.
