Post ROG G731GU slow charging after 95%

So i just bought my new ROG G731GU and i noticed that the charging slows down after 95% and takes lots of time to reach 99% but i rarely see it reach 100%.

    Is this fine?

The battery is fine. It's how the onboard charging circuit works. Overcharging the battery would do more damage.

    Yes.

The charging brick simply provides DC voltage to motherboard. The charging circuit on the motherboard is what charges and conditions the battery.
