Possible to Enable Asus ROG G752 Integrated Graphics ?

Hey all, just recently purchased a G752 notebook and in an effort to increase the battery life of the machine I wanted to enable the integrated graphics chip on the I7, however, I see this feature has been disabled in the bios.

How does one enable the integrated graphics chip? Does Asus have it locked as disabled for a reason? Any help would be great!

    Thanks all,

Asus has it disabled for a reason it uses the GTX card only as its a gaming laptop. Intel graphics card cannot be enabled , Optimus is an awefull feature to have on a gaming laptop only causes problems

Be grateful that you don't have integrated graphics card. It causes a lot of issues from what i am hearing from my friends with G750

I have good reason to want the chance to enable my i-7 integrated gpu and I will explain. I use asus gaming laptop for video editing purposes. That's for their graphic power!! I suggest also my students to buy them for the same purposes. Premiere to encode and decode H264 and hevc uses processor gpu. If you can't turn it on that's a huge failure because you can no longer work with this kind of laptops. So if there is any asus expert reading this post please consider to get the option to enable the internal gpu on otherwise you will loose a lot of potential buyer. I don't care about the asus proart line that's too expensive for students.
I hope to get any feedback about that. A disclaimer for all the gaming people. I don't want to know the reasons Asus didn't give this option. I know that and for me it's pointless. That's exactly Apple behaviour in wanting to control what users does. Please keep always in mind: we are all free individuals and we want to take our decision by ourselves.
