FanXpert 3 Issue

So today I installed a new CPU cooler and afterwards had to reset my BIOS settings to default because it didn't like the overclock for whatever reason. I also had to rerun the fan tuning and now my fans have completely different settings from before.

Everything used to show like this but now only the CPU fans do and the rest show as this. All of the fans are the same and are plugged into the same spots.

Select Auto Fan Stop.

That still doesn't let me set it below 45%.

I'm keen on knowing the answer here too.
Fan extension 1 and 5 on my system (using the Asus fan extension card) are connected to the same Noctua fan types, but FanExpert4 has set different 'red areas' (see OP's post above) - where I can't go below - one is set at 45% and the other 20%.

Well I figured it out, when I reset the BIOS settings it put all the fans but the CPU ones to DC control instead of PWM, set them back to PWM and issue gone.
