How to set up my PC correctly?

Hi everyone, here are my specifications of my pc:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/member.php?484079-Aviators

I would like to be able to correctly set the overclock for the motherboard / video card / ram / processor. What settings do you recommend to set on the bios?
I use the PC to do aerial simulation (DCS World, Xplane 11)
I also play World War 3, Battlefield 4, Arma 3.

I am looking for a setting that is automatic and that does not hurt my pc. a fair balance that gives power when needed.

PS I installed Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, Asus GPU TweakII, Armory Crate.

No two boards, chips and GPU combinations are alike. What works for others may not work for you. Look in the guides section under articles at the top of the page to start and search the 100 bazillion OC tutorials on youtube.

Always start with CPU first by the core. Increase until it becomes unstable. Then up the Vcore a little. Its a game of chance and the silicon lottery plays a huge part on whether you got a golden chip or a spud. Its hard being in the beginners seat. All trial and error. Your #1 enemy is heat.

if I set everything in auto mode?

si, puoi farlo così nel BIOS. Yes you can do it like that in the BIOS. Use the AI OC utility, it will ask you a few questions about the cooling system you are using, and what you are going to use the PC for.
