Software to use for stress test new build
What would be a good software/program to stress test a new build?
Also looking for good programs to monitor or see detailed PC info. For example is CPU-Z good for this?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi,
First thing you should do before overclocking is have system images so you can undo os corruption easily.
Blender open data short and long test are beasts
https://opendata.blender.org/
Blender open data uses blender free demo files install blender and you can run one of them at a time by pointing blender to each one.
https://www.blender.org/download/demo-files/
Regular benchmarks can also give a good idea of real time improvements adjusting bios settings.
3dMark time spy/ Fire strike/....
I'd stay away from prime 95 power virus open data can do just as well at stress testing in real world workloads.
