ROG Zenith II Extreme not detected by Aura Sync

Hi all.

As the title states, Aura Sync on both Armoury Crate and "Normal" Aura do not detect my motherboard or the LED strips that are connected. It only detects my RAM (Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB). Aura Sync was working perfectly on the first day detecting my motherboard and all the strips.

I have tried:

Reinstalling Aura

Reinstalling Armoury Crate

Reinstalling Windows

Updating BIOS (Now on version 0702)

However, nothing has worked.

make sure you only have one app installed.... either armoury crate or aura not both at the same time. Between the two ,Armoury crate has more bugs...

Given that "Normal" Aura just says "Aura Service unavailable" and Armoury Crate actually opens, I think I'll stick to armoury crate.

UPDATE: I have also tried flashing the BIOS to an older version because it states that AURA was updated in one of the versions. I flashed BIOS version 0503 in an attempt to uninstall AURA LED FW version 0202.

I then updated the BIOS to version 0602 to reinstall AURA LED FW 0202.

However, it didn't work.
