Different boost behaviour on Strix X470-I vs X570 Impact | 3800X & 3950X

Hi!

I am building two systems at the moment:
1) ASUS Crosshair VIII Impact + 3950X + GSkill 2x16GB 3600 CL16 + UEFI 1201
2) ASUS ROG Strix X470-I + 3800X + GSkill 2x16GB 3600 CL16 + UEFI 2901
UEFI: Performance Enhancer highest level, Core Performance Boost Enabled, PBO Enabled + 200MHz, DOCP

Using this tool: https://github.com/jedi95/BoostTester/ I tested both 3950X and 3800X on the Impact.
This tool essentially applies a very light load for a very short time, exactly what is needed to get the boost.

The 3800X does 4575, 4675, 4675, 4575, 4625, 4625, 4600, 4600 on the Impact.
The 3800X does 4500, 4575, 4575, 4500, 4550, 4550, 4525, 4525 on the Strix.

How come? What am I missing here? I am a little disappointed tbh. Thanks for any advice!

Just for anyone who eventually googles this. I never had the chance to try the latest UEFI 3004 for the X470-I, I returned it and got an X570-I instead.
