G20CB with 2080 Super

I have been using my G20CB-NL017T since early 2016 but recently I have seen the need for a upgrade.
I recently bought a pre used I7 6700k which is waiting to be installed along with a new GPU.

My question is how well a 2080 Super would work with my G20 and how I would install it since it seems to require 2 8 pins and the G20 only has a 8 pin and a 6pin, would a 6 pin to 8 pin splitter work?.
I also wonder if any jumpers need to be moved to accommodate the higher TDP.

Any answers are appreciated.

I want use the original 180w+230w psu.

2080 super should require 250w. so you can try it, but if anything goes wrong.... its up to you

Well then a normal 2080 with a TDP of 215w should be fine.

But would a 6 pin to 8 pin along with the stock 8 pin work?

that adapter should be fine. but in the end it's about how powerful your PSU is. i dont know how good PSU that is. so again its up to you to try it. i think there are 3 options. It will work, it will not work, or something can go wrong if PSU cant handle that load. so next time build normal PC or you can do mini-itx build if you want something small and you will be much satisfied in future with upgrades.
