RAM Problems with Zenith II Extreme

Hi there. I have big problems with the Ram. I have already tried several rams (including those in the QVL list).
Unfortunately, the system only runs stable at 2133 MHZ. As soon as I activate D.O.C.P / XMP. Windows starts up very slowly and sometimes gets stuck.
Even in the BIOS with activated XMP / D.O.C.P profile, the BIOS is very slow and reacts very slowly to mouse movements.
I also only tried 2 ram sticks. I have the same problem.
Can someone tell me what that could be?
In addition, I do not find the "DRAM VBOOT VOLTAGE" in the BIOS. Have already looked everywhere in the BIOS.

Have already tried the following rams that are in the QVL list:
- GSKill F4-3600C16D-16GVK
- GSkill F4-3600C16Q-32GTZNC

My CPU: Threadripper 3960x
MB: Zenith II Extreme

Please help 🙂

What is the board setting for SOC voltage?

Maybe try a range of SOC from 1.05 to 1.2v and even a bit more DRAM voltage...

Are you running current 0702 BIOS, if not I would update. Most likely that will solve memory issue.

Yes. That was one of the first things I did. The BIOS runs with version 0702.

I have already adjusted the SOC voltage in the specified range.
I also set the DRAM voltage a little higher.

As soon as I set the ram to 3600 XMP / D.O.C.P. and adjust the settings (SOC voltage). The system becomes very unstable and sometimes hangs.

In the Windows Device Manager there is an exclamation mark for the - Intel AX200 !!! (As soon as XMP / D.O.C.P is activated)
