Do you notice in person when using it? A camera will often misrepresent bleed. Most people don't sit in a pitch black room looking at a pure black image so this isn't a realistic scenario either. For several years I used a monitor with a distinct purple bleed but most of the time I didn't notice.

If you notice an issue when playing a dark game, return it. Otherwise, chasing perfection may leave you with a worse unit.
