How to turn off the two white LED lights on the back of ROG Strix 2080TI O11C?

I just got my new ASUS ROG Strix 2080TI O11C graphic card. I noticed that there are two white LED lights on the back of the card next to the two PCI-E power plugs. They are super bright and stay on even when the system is power off. I was wondering if there is a way to turn off them or control them?

They can not be turned off.
Red - Not connect Power GPU Cable.
White - Yes connect Power GPU Cable.

The easiest way to "turn them off" is to buy black electrical tape and cover the leds with it. you dont see the tape even in a RGB build where the case is illuminated and since its electrical tape, you dont have to worry about the electricity
