Hi, I bought an Asus X509FA and I was wondering if a open the back panel, will it void my warranty?

This can vary depending on local laws. In the US it is illegal to deny warranties simply for opening a chassis. So I would review the warranty information that came with your device or that is available on the ASUS website for your region.

Practically speaking, as long as you don't damage anything nobody will ever know if you open it anyway.

Very true I had to send my FX753VE laptop in for repair and all I did was put back in the ssd to come with my laptop before sending it in. It was a none issue and when I got it back I put my other Samsung SSD back in lol.
