ASUS ROG Notebook GX701GX and issue with USB Case for SSD (USB Attached SCSI (UAS))

Hi,
I have a ASUS ROG Notebook GX701GX with USB 3.1 Gen1 and 3.1 Gen2
I have buyed a External case USB-C with UAS for SSD KINGSTON 240GB A400 2,5" SATA

When I connect the case with USB 3 connector, the USB device was added in Windows device list:
USB Attached SCSI (UAS))

And in the list of Storage Device:
Virtual Disk SCSI

If I connect the USB case disk in another computer, if the port is USB2.0 , SSD work fine.

I have tryed to:
- Change the cable with USB C, USB 3.1 Gen2 certificate.
- follow instruction of Microsoft to disable power saving
- I have connect the SSD with external adapter USB (for IDE e SATA disk) with power adapter and work fine, but is recognized in USB Device, not SCSI UAS.
- I have read the issue is diffused to update of Windows 10, to support USB 3 advanced feature
- ecc.. ecc..

Someone who knows exactly how it works and can explain and help me?
I don't think there are faulty components, other than a device recognition problem.
