No two processors are the same. And while that may seem a bit unfair when you see folks getting super high frequencies on low voltages, but let me share a little secret with you. A lot of the folks who claim to have such incredible overclocks with low voltages tell the odd fib every now and then.

There are a whole heap of different things that will impact how high your CPU can overclock. Your cooling for example. Your willingness to read guides and understand how your board bios works.

Maybe list all your hardware include your cooling and lets see what we can do for you. I am going to change your thread title so that the AMD guys give you a hand.

Drop the Multiplier to 22. Raise your Vcore to 1.39v and LLC to Medium or High. That should help you get that 4.4GHz stable overclock you're looking for.

If temps are a big issue, might be worth your while checking to see if you have a good mount.

Post up some screens of your temps on each core while running a stress test.
