Water block for the R6E Omega?

I had to return my R6E and asus are sending me an Omega as replacement but I don’t know if the monoblock from the extreme will fit the same as from what I can tell the vrm’s are different.
Can anyone enlighten me if this will fit, ? other than that I wait till it’s delivered Monday and physically compare it.

Stock air cooler is fine on the omega unless you just go for looks on a build mono blocks have been proven inferior to separate vrm and cpu water
combinations.


Otherwise there is a new water block manufacture based in Chicago putting out an excellent water block optimus foundation
Also performance pc stocks them too with ocn discount codes around

I got one temp spread is pretty good better than heatkiller 4 pro and makes ek offering look old and pitiful same as heatkiller 4 pro made them look
Optimus has a huge finned cold plate area 3/4" longer and 3/16" wider than just the heatkiller

My test others above using the optimus foundation with just nt-h1 on it other tests were using mx4 2019 paste

You won't regret it
It's darn good block
They will likely do vrm blocks to at some point so fear not

As you probably noticed they have some nice other goodies and will have radiators too in 6 months plus dual D5 pump bases .....
