I can’t seem to get any version of live dash work with my XII Extreme program won’t even load. Anyone got LiveDash and a XII board working with out armoury crate? I dont want to install that thing. *

No armoury crate here and live dash is broken. I gave up on the software from asus on this as I think they have also

I got a reply from asus support regarding Live dash. They said that LIVEDASH is EOL and wont be updated anymore. And armory crate is the only option going fwd.... BOOOOO.

I really dont understand that they dont realize that people dont like armory crate. LOL. People dont like bloatware.. They want a simple tool to set things and thats it. They dont need all the extras. Its too bad who ever is leading that team/department doesnt see this. Its like what happens when the lead developer of a game isnt a gamer. LOL. Its a shame. if anyone wonders about steps to go back from Crate to LiveDash/Aura only, here is what I did to get there - no Windows reinstall, no imaging involved:

Asus fixed it eventually...
HI in case ppl still suffering... I had written a lovely post about having found the latest version of Lighting Control that didn't kill LiveDash.. it was 1.07.60 by the way.. however that version didn't show all of the other components properly.. catch 22.
I scrubbed off everything using armoury crate uninstall, then ccleaner to really clean up, bit the bullet and just installed latest armoury crate. 4.0.12, with Aura Service 3.0.4.35
It runs the LIveDash on my XI Formula perfectly and actually allows many more monitoring options.
Now to trim as much of the crapware off as I can whilst keeping the bare minium working and resources free...
