I just got my new screen and the problem i have is the led on the base, it has not been lit yet and the Light in motion option witch should activate it is not there

I have tryed different cables on the screen, plugging it in and out several times and also downloaded several different drivers with no succes.

Is there a fix for this or should i ask them to send me a new monitor?
