Strix G731GW RGB Issue

Hello ladies and gents,

There is a problem with only the "." button situated between "," and "/" buttons and above the right Function "Fn" button. The backlit red light for that button is not working properly as it has been shown in the photos I attached, if you can kindly check them.
It is completely black when only the red light is used no matter what value I set it to.

As for colour purple (red+blue) that button is showing only blue unlike all the rest, and for the colour yellow (red+green) it is only showing green unlike the rest as well. Which is more than enough proof the problem is with the red LED.

Whether it is hardware issue or a software remains unclear, however the drivers and softwares are all up to date.
