Running a ROG Crosshair VIII (no-wifi) x570 chipset and "application" sounds fail to be presented to any/all of the USB ports when this application (Prepar3D) is run from a Samsung 970 EVO Plus in the M.2_2 slot.
Sounds via the RealTek onboard audio work, as do these same sounds to the 3.5mm plug in my monitor via the HDMI cable connection to my GPU (EVGA 2070 Super).
Running this same application from the Samsung 970 EVO in M.2_1, all sounds via any USB port, work correctly.
Win10 is the latest release/update.
There is no Sound Studio installed.
There is no overclocking at all. BIOS: 1105
