VG278QR vertical lines

Hi.
Recently got a VG278QR monitor and it is suffering from a problem when displaying light colours and greys. When the view moves left/right, there are feint vertical lines on what looks like every alternate pixel. If the refresh rate is low, eg 60Hz I can sometines also see it even on static images if I move my eyes across the screen. I tried all different cables DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, including connecting to 2 different computers, as well as every combination of menu settings but the problem persists and is driving me crazy.
Is this a design fault with this model, or would it be worth trying to get it replaced with another one of the same?

Nobody has any advice on this, or having a similar problem with this monitor?

I have a similar issue with VG27AQL1A but not every alternate pixel instead I'm seeing faint glowing vertical bars like 0.5-1 cm thick that are only visible on certain bright colors (light brown/orange or light blue tones) and they're only noticeable when something is moving left/right like yours. It's not visible all the time and I don't notice them on still images or just full black or full white screen so that's why I didn't notice them at first when checking for dead/stuck pixels on the lcdtech site.. I did a bit of research and the closest topics I could find were these:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Monitors/comments/iiki80/vg27aql1a_poor_brightness_uniformity/

It's more of a brightness uniformity issue that certain IPS panels have rather than an actual defect so I'm not sure if this is even covered by warranty

Here's another related post with the same issue but from a different brand (Ctrl+F "pinstripe effect")

Hope these helps
