To test performance differences between certain microcodes, u have to use Cinebench or Blender. Aida Bandwidth isn't worth it.

What do u mean when u say "trick" with that auto recovery option???

First time when you boot via new modded bios,
The Windows GPT may corrupting then there are message appear.
It suggested to use those recovery option to bypass those messages.
Allows us boot into Windows 10 19564.1005 smoothly.

AIDA64 Bleander PCMark 10 3DMark CPUZ Geekbench 4/5 SiSoft Sandra ,...etc tested.

Performance better than 60 default. Overclock to 4.2GHz VCore 1.166V nice shape!

Cinebech R20.06 for example

MC 68 was pulled off in the latest Insider 19569. Have u had any BSOD/GSOD with MC 68 and regular Win10 (non Insider Version)???

Microcode 68 working fine on W10 19569.1000 buddy. I don’t checking microcode library within it kernel.
However I don’t have any BSOD/GSOD on regular Windows 10 1909 at all.

Please verify any update driver especially NVIDIA driver that prevent memory leak (Lastest 422.19WHQL) and
NV GeForce Experiences buddy. Do you use lastest version above!?**
Mostly BSOD/GSOD coming from itself.*

I have been using 442.37 latest hotfix, which addresses more fixes, since its release.

Yesterday I started to have Bad Pool Header GSOD's playing Battlefield V. Restarted my regular Win10 and had GSOD's simply entering the OS. Modded back to MC 60 the 3006 bios and flashed it, and GSOD's are gone. Quite odd they pulled off MC 68 from 19569 while keeping other new Microcodes introduced in 19564.
