No Internet access from LAN side after Reserving an IP address for a device

So with 3.0.0.4.384.7979 i'm noticing that when I go to set a IP address reservation, say for a xbox one. After making the setting and applying the setting and the router seems to come back to ready, my PC that i'm using to manage the router and all other LAN devices fail to get internet access. Not until I manually reboot the router once more does the internet access come back and it's accessible.

If a reservation is not set the router works normally.

Anyone else notice this?

I've experienced the same issues you're describing, most notably when deleting a reserved IP address and assigning a new device to the recently deleted IP address.

Example: *Xbox One S was assigned xxx.xxx.x.21 and removed from network configuration. *Deleted xxx.xxx.x.21 from DHCP Reservation list. *Assigned Xbox One X gaming console xxx.xxx.x.21. *Upon clicking apply, devices lose internet connectivity (but still shows devices connected).*

Are you waiting any duration of time before the internet comes back?
What are you doing with the router to regain internet access?
