Can't add a new Forwarded Port for RT-AC66U Router

I have added forwarded ports to my RT-AC66U router in the past and they are still open.

Recently I added a new forwarded port and it shows as closed.

I have rebooted the router and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas on things to troubleshoot? Any suggestions?
