RAID : BIOS doesn't display any disk on ROG Strix X570-E

Hello,

I bought a ROG Strix X570-E Gaming motherboard, BIOS version 1405.
I installed Windows 10 10.09 on a SSD drive Samsung EVO 860, configured in AHCI.
I have a second SSD drive Samsung EVO 860, configured in AHCI.
I wanted to add 2 hard drives of 2TB in raid 1 for the data.
So I wanted to configure the BIOS (UEFI mode) to create an array in raid 1. This was done, but on reboot, no disk is offered by BIOS for booting.
Windows does not start.

Why does the BIOS not display the raid or disc volume in standalone ?
See screenshot.
