AI Suite 3.00.54 stop working on w10 1909

I tried starting up AI Suite 3 today and I get a message saying This app has been blocked for your protection. Why is this giving me this message?

Login to the account with Administrator privileges first, and then run the install as Administrator.

my test: i have install usb bios flashback 1.03.x and next step install .59 but NOT solving problem IME.

I have test many motherboard with x299 and x99 and resoult:
x299 use new IME driver family and working with w10 1909 and asus ai suite (not error ime)
x99 use old type family ime drivers not working with only w10 1909 and asus ai suite (error ime)

Only solutions i ASUS correct error and release new version ai suite for x99 + old family ime drivers "for x99" and for w10 1909

Your motherboard works with the new IME drivers. There are various versions based on the chips. it is possible that the .59 can read the new generation IME drivers but cannot see the drivers of the previous generation when using w10 1909.
This problem can only be solved by asus.

The problem that there is no asus support.

How do you even see what version of AI Suite 3 you have installed? It doesn't actually say in the program. And the support page for my motherboard (Crosshair VI Extreme) only has the old version of AI Suite 3 listed. What the heck?

hii same proble whit asus crosshair hero VIII wi-fi and for a couple of days that the suites no longer work on service, it has stopped it even if I start it after the restart it deactivates it again 3.00.52 3.00.54 3.00.59 ai suite same problem

I installed your linked ".59 without USB Bios Flashback V1.03.12" on my x99 Rampage Extreme V and seems to work under Win 7 64-bit. It updated AiSuite to version 3.00.59, DIP to 2.00.23 and System Information to 2.00.04. I elected not to install EZ Update. No errors ...


So far no issues but will update the thread accordingly.

-ASUS PC Cleaner V2.00.23 for Windows 10 64-bit.
-ASUS EZ Update V3.00.11 for Windows 10 64-bit.

You can tell the AI Suite version number in the list of installed programs found in Windows control panel, Programs and Features.

the 3.00.59 and the 3.00.60 version do not work well with amd and new chipsets such as z490 the level of the fans cannot be controlled and equal that modus you always put it a very high noise so I think asus I have to authorize the program to the new version of windows 1909 this and the problem the program turns out not to have the rights to the current version of windows 10 1909
a microsoft technician also connected to my pc and said this and the problem does not have the permissions and this can solve it only asus

I have the motherboard x570 crosshair hero VIII Wi-Fi and since the pc was updated on 05.05.2020 no version works the standard 3.00.54
it only works if I start the service manually
instead the versions 3.00.59 and 3.00.60 are not good for amd you cannot control the fan system always remains too high

An update on installing the latest AI Suite on my Intel Rampage Extreme V with Win7 64-bit. I was finally successful installing Version 3.00.60 after noticing the contents of two 3.00.60 zip files from different Asus download sources were not the same. The zip file from my failed 3.00.60 attempts was missing the DIP 5 installation folder and my successful 3.00.60 attempt included the DIP 5 folder as part of the zip contents.

Thanks for @Jesseinsf for providing a link to a working AI Suite 3.00.60. It's likely others having installation errors are using a corrupted/incomplete 3.00.60 zip file. I installed the new AI Suite version over the existing version, so let the AI Suite installer decide what to uninstall.

My primary usage is for Fan Xpert which is working fine. No issues on other functionality.

yes but the version is only for the new z490 motherboards if you now do the fan tuning and then try to put it silent or standart or turbo you will see that you always have the same functionality
