Asus ROG Strix B450-F with G.Skill 32GB/3200MHz issues

Hello to all,
I recently upgraded my PC with the following:
Asus ROG Strix B450-F
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16-16GVK)
but with DOCP enabled cannot boot at all, with onboard error led on, not always the same one, with only solution the jumper to clear CMOS. Bios was 2901 out of the box, updated to 3003 but nothing changed. The sticks are in slot A2 B2, didn't even try in A1 B1 since I already had my research online, and even tried with Ryzen DRAM Calculator to manual set some volts and timings but nothing changed.
I tried to set DOCP enabled and manual set frequency to 3000MHz, the system booted but went BSOD after a few minutes of unstable behavior. The best I could do was set to 2933Mhz and now works stable, tried it with memtest86+ for 3 hours.
I asked in the store I bought it for a swap with X570 but the guy told me it is a CPU issue, that 2700X cannot support 3200 RAM but I think it's fancy talking since I didn't find any related documentation online.
I don't mind overclocking, I just wanted to make thing work as intented, as it was with my previous build (Asus TUF Sabertooth 990FX / AMD FX-8350 / Kingston Hyper-X 16 GB DDR3-1600MHz) which worked flawlessly since 2014, and after all the 2933MHz sticks were 50€ cheaper..
So, what am I doing wrong? Should I wait for an updated BIOS?
Any help would be appreciated..

(One other thing.. Should I enable PBO or any other Enhancement? Would there be any benefit or correlation somehow?)
