ASUS ROG Delta USB-C Gaming Headset for PC - Mic not working

HI All,

Would like some advise.
I purchased the ROG delta gaming headset around the 18/6/19 so around 260 days ago.
This was purchased on ebay from a store, and as we all know, were not cheap.
About 6 weeks ago the mic just stopped working on my PC, I tried in on my laptop and didn't work also.
The ebay store is not answering, and i think its too late for paypal dispute.
How long is the warrant on this head set, and how could i get a repair or new set if the store wont answer me.

Contact ASUS support to request RMA. They will be able to tell you if you are eligible.

As the partner says, you can always use the direct warranty with Asus. I think in this case it will be the best.

I take the opportunity to ask you, what firmware do you use? Do you happen to have 0141?
