Asus ROG STRIX X570, Inserting PCIe Card turns off video signal

I have this hardware working with Windows 10

- Asus ROG STRIX X570 F-gaming
- CPU AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core Processor
- Graphic Card Radeon RX-5500 XT
- HardDisk Corsair SSD Corsair 500GB Force MP600, M.2

Tried to insert a couple of different PCIe Cards, in different PCI slots but then
I have no video signal, and onboard LED is White.

If in Bios I disable the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) the system starts
with video but then I cannot boot Windows 10 (is installed on M2).

The PCIe Cards is:
Delock PCIe, FireWire 800, 2/1 Port

Is there a possible other bios setting to solve this ?

The issue is that you installed Windows with CSM enabled. That is, installed Windows in Legacy mode and not UEFI mode. And.... The RX card and other modern cards need to boot in UEFI modus. Also when CSM< is enabled, your IO and SSD performance is 5-10% less. There are some solutions.

Solution one is. Leave CSM off and totally re-install Windows.
Solution two is, place an older GPU and p[erform this: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-convert-mbr-disk-gpt-move-bios-uefi-windows-10
