Memory 2133
I bought the GL10CS with the I7 9700k and 16gb of 2666 memory. I went to upgrade it to 32Gb 2666 and it is reading the 32Gb but at 2133 I contacted customer support they could not tell me how to get it to run at the full speeds or even any memory they recommend. Normally I would just set it in the bios but AI Tweeker is not listed anywhere... The RAM I bought was Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz (PC4-21300) C16 Memory Kit - Black.
I use the PC for Lightroom and Photoshop and would appreciate the extra speed on the memory since I CAN't OC this thing at all.
This is the PC

I do not have this Desktop, so I could be wrong.
The Corsair Vengeance memory you purchased is XMP 2.0 Ready, so it will default to a speed of 2133MHz. If you cannot find the XMP profile setting (AI Overclock Tuner) in BIOS you might have to purchase Plug and Play memory (PnP); reads as though that motherboard only supports Plug and Play memory (PnP) with a speed of 2666MHz (or Less).
Plug and Play Memory:
XMP 2.0 Ready
You can search for Plug and Play memory. It does not have to be this brand.
https://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/...16FB3K2_32.pdf
Or this brand.

ASUS could have put some kind of information in the Users Manual.Last edited by pndiode; 03-08-2020 at 10:12 AM.

Just remember that “XMP” and “Plug and Play” memory are different. In addition, Crucial website does not definitively state the default Plug and Play memory frequency (not directly), but Kingston Hyper memory does state the default memory frequency. Read the specifications thoroughly and ask questions!
