Hi, good day. Need to know under what circumstances the 2.4GHz keep changing channel. Please advice. Thank you.

Make sure your channel for 2.4GHz is NOT in auto mode-hard select your channel and make sure it deconflicts with your neighbors wifi. *

By looking at the log it appear to me it will happened every 15 mins. What the actual causes to this?
