B350-F to B450-F upgrade advice

Due to ongoing audio issues, Asus is going to do an RMA. As there are no B350-F readily available I will be upgraded to a refurbished B450-F. The main advantage of this situation that I see is this will afford me 2x M.2 slots as opposed to one. This is a budget build if you can't already tell. I had intended the final upgrade to be to a Ryzen 5 3600 replacing the 2400G APU since I have an RX 560 graphics card. I am currently running the B350-F with a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB. I know my graphics card is far from stellar, but I am very curious of what kind of performance gains I could expect going from a Ryzen 5 2400G on a B350-F with a single Samsung 970 EVO to a B450-F with 2x Samsung EVO 970 in Striped RAID and a Ryzen 5 3600, while maintaining the current GPU. I would say that my GPU is the absolute last bottleneck out of all components if it's not my RAM. without spending 200$ on any single component, I imagine upgrading to the R5 3600 would let the Asus RX 560 run wild, and hoping for another big performance gain putting 2x M.2 Samsung 970 EVO in a Striped RAID Array. I had intended on building another box with an Asus X570-F but I unexpectedly got this opportunity to upgrade from B350-F to B450-F. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to have unrealistic expectations of the system with new components. Thanks!!
